ONE MAN'S QUEST FOR CHEESE BEGINS Our story begins a long time ago with one boy’s fixation for all things fromage. From the moment he sampled his first piece of parmesan, he swore to dedicate his life to bringing the finest examples of dairy delicacy to the masses. This lifetime obsession would see him grow into the moustached cheese connoisseur known by locals as “Mister Cheese”.
