Many of our cheeses pair brilliantly with any of the crackers we offer, so you
can mix and match to your liking. We also have more specific pairings available
on every product page.
Where are your products sourced from?
Our brands are predominately from Great Britain and are from high-quality local
producers. We sample all the products we supply and are always happy to
pass on our recommendations. We strive to bring you the best products we can
source.
Do you sell in bulk, and if so, do you offer discounts?
Yes, we are open to larger sales and offer competitive rates on orders for trade

Ingredients will vary between our various products so we cannot give a single
answer, but dietary information is present in all our product descriptions.
What’s special about the products you sell?
We aim to bring smaller, lesser-known brands to the public and give them the
attention they deserve.
How should I store your products?
Our dairy products should be kept refrigerated to extend their shelf life, but
some products will have their own storage directions and best before dates.
Do you have any gluten free products available?
We do have a range of gluten-free crackers and accompaniments which taste
just as great as our regular offerings for those who have specific dietary
requirements.

How can I place an order?
You can browse our products and order through our website!
How much does my order need to cost?
We have no minimum cost you must spend, but we do charge a shipping fee of
£4.95 on orders under £24.95.
My order has arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact us at once with your order information and we will be happy to

What will happen to the condition of my cheese-box if my order is delayed in transit?
All Cheese boxes are prepared carefully by our Team and include transit gel packs to keep the air cool and with low ambient temperatures the cheese will not be harmed. If upon receipt of your order you are not happy with the condition of the cheese please let our Team know by phone 01746 218711 or email at office@greatbritishtrading.co.uk and we will remedy any concerns.
What if I wish to return my order?
We cannot accept returns, but we will do what we can to assist you for a refund
or replacement if necessary.
Can I order a gift for someone?
Yes, we have a variety of cheesy gift boxes available for you, so you can get
someone special to you, the best present for the occasion.
Deliveries
Where can you deliver to?
We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland and dispatch orders Monday –Thursday. Orders to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Highlands, and internationally have separate charges. You can read our Shipping Policy for more information and pricing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days, or you can choose Express Delivery for next
day shipping.
What will happen to the condition of my cheese-box if my order is delayed in transit?
All Cheese boxes are prepared carefully by our Team and include transit gel packs to ensure freshness upon arrival and with low ambient temperatures the cheese will not be harmed. What if I need a specific delivery date?
Please leave any additional requests, such as a delayed delivery date, in the
