This cheese is delicious, we combine with smoked salmon whenever we have people over and it is tge first thing they go for. However, I don't seem to be able to buy in the supermarket as I used to.

Love the rhubarb and gin, the contrast between the sweet and sour tones very enjoyable.

The fruit chutney was perfect with the stronger cheeses, which I found to be a very nice balance of flavours.

Fruit and ginger is matched perfectly, with a little heat from the ginger enhances the apples and pears.
