QUALITY: A full fat soft cheese also known as chèvre and sourced from quality suppliers in France or Spain. A cylindrical log of pasteurised goats cheese with white mould coat and distinctive flavour, manufactured from goats milk.
INSPIRATION: It works just as well on a cheeseboard, on a slice of warm, crispy toast as it does when cooked with, or try our favorite; baked whole with a sprig of thyme and a drizzle of honey
