ABOUT: The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese for generations. Andrew Shorrock is the original creator of the Lancashire Bomb, having originally made the first bomb as a leaving gift over 25 years ago for a friend emigrating to America. This was the start of these amazing, waxed cheese bombs. Shorrock's now produce a variety of different flavours, this includes the Vintage Gold which is matured for an extra year.

QUALITY: The Shorrock family have been making cheese for generations, having won numerous awards. The current generation completed a clean sweep and took all the prizes at the 2006 Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show, which was named 'The Battle of the Lancashires'. Only Lancashire cheeses were allowed to enter this competition.
