QUALITY: Violife have amassed many awards, including Best Vegan Cheese. This grated variety with coconut oil and vitamin B12, is free from dairy, soya, gluten, lactose, nuts and is perfectly suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

 INSPIRATION: This grated variety is wonderful to melt over pasta, try it mixed with a little soya milk and a huge handful to make a lovely cheesy sauce. I have been told it makes a great Mac and cheese.
