Great British Trading was founded by Simon and James, who set out with a simple idea: to make high-quality, locally sourced dairy products easier to discover and enjoy. Both recognised that Britain produces some exceptional food, particularly when it comes to dairy, yet much of it can be difficult for people to access beyond local farm shops or specialist stores.

What started as a small idea quickly grew into something more.

Today, Great British Trading has become a trusted online destination for those who appreciate well-made produce. From carefully curated cheese hampers to deli favourites, the focus has always remained the same: bringing together products that are made with care and full of flavour.
