Product Recall Notice: Raclette (Best Before 15.12.25)

We have been informed by our supplier that a specific batch of Raclette cheese has been recalled as a precautionary measure. This recall applies only to Raclette products with the Best Before date 15.12.25.

The supplier has issued the recall due to a presumptive presence of Listeria monocytogenes, a type of bacteria that can cause illness. This follows a formal notification and recall instruction from the manufacturer’s quality team, who are working under guidance from the relevant food safety authorities  .

What you need to do

If you have purchased Raclette from us that matches this Best Before date:

• Do not consume the product.

• If you still have any of this batch, please contact office@greatbritishtrading.co.uk so a collection can be arranged.

• You do not need your receipt; batch information is sufficient.

What we’re doing

We have already removed the affected stock from sale. A recall notice is also displayed in-store to make customers aware of the situation.
