Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin (or squash), top cut off and seeds removed

  • 75g Oak Smoked Cheddar, grated

  • 50g Amber Mist, chopped

  • 50g Green Thunder, crumbled

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 100ml double cream

  • Cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix the cheeses, garlic, cream, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Spoon the cheesy mixture into the hollow pumpkin.

  4. Place pumpkin on a baking tray and roast for 35–45 minutes until the flesh is tender and cheese is bubbling.

  5. Serve with chunks of crusty bread and your Halloween cheeseboard.
