TASTE: Inglewhite Buffalo, is a hard pressed buffalo cheddar cheese produced with buffalo milk. It is rich and with the aging it has similar qualities to pecorino, although it remains soft to be enjoyed at the table on your cheese board.

ABOUT Inglewhite Buffalo: Produced by Carron Lodge with milk from their own herd of Buffalo on the farm at Park Head, Lancashire. 

QUALITY: Carron Lodge are a fourth generation farming family producing award winning cheeses. This waxed half moon of buffalo milk cheddar cheese is aged to allow the flavours to mature and coated in wax to preserve the taste.

INSPIRATION: This pecorino style cheese is made from Carron Lodge Dairy farms own herd of Buffalos.The cheese was famoulsy selected by Hairy Bikers on their Go North tour, Si and Dave served up a Lancashire cheese lover’s lasagna featuring Inglewhite Buffalo cheese. It went down a storm in Lancashire.
