Delivery & Returns

All orders, excluding hampers, are packaged appropriately with frozen ice-gel packs to preserve the cheeses temperatures, and paper straw for protection as required.

Delivery Costs

FREE Collection is available, Monday to Friday between 1pm and 5pm.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £24.95 delivered weekdays to England, Wales and parts of Scotland, otherwise costs are as below:-

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £4.95. There is no free delivery offer to this shipping zone.

UK Islands and Highlands delivery costs £9.95.

Some large orders may incur an excess charge based on the orders weight. The maximum weight for standard shipped orders is up to 3kg. All orders above 3KG incur an additional 85p per kilo shipping fee. If you require a large, heavier than normal shipment, please contact us for an estimate of the shipping costs. We reserve the right to contact you to cover additional costs for shipping or heavy orders.

Delivery Timings

Orders are dispatched Monday - Thursday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email with your shipment tracking number.

Parcel Safe Place

It is very important that you fill in details for a parcel safe place in case our courier misses you. Please add details of a parcel safe place in the notes box at the bottom of the checkout page. Parcels that are left in your designated safe place are your responsibility.

International Delivery

We do not offer free delivery on any international order, and we will ship international orders as per the same terms and conditions of a domestic delivery however the delivery times are on top of the shipping time. Rates are changing frequently from our carriers, so please contact us directly for an estimate of the shipping costs.

Where can you deliver to?

We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland and dispatch orders Monday –Thursday. Orders to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and Highlands, and internationally have separate charges. You can read our Shipping Policy for more information and pricing.

Yes, we have a variety of cheesy gift boxes available for you, so you can get
someone special to you, the best present for the occasion.

How much does my order need to cost?

We have no minimum cost you must spend, but we do charge a shipping fee of
£4.95 on orders under £24.95.

Ingredients will vary between our various products so we cannot give a single
answer, but dietary information is present in all our product descriptions.

What product pairings do you recommend?

Many of our cheeses pair brilliantly with any of the crackers we offer, so you
can mix and match to your liking. We also have more specific pairings available
on every product page.
