It’s National Cheese Lovers Day, one of our favourite days of the year here at Great British Trading. Did you know that cheese making is an ancient craft that predates recorded history? It’s been speculated that the magic of cheese making began somewhere around 8000 BC. Who knew? Well, we did, (obviously), so much so we have taken it upon ourselves to perfect our very own gourmet cheese gift box.
